Spirit of Christmas Event

For our year-end finale, on Saturday 14th December 2024, we hosted the biggest event of the year, our 'Spirit of Christmas' Event featuring our 'Heart of Christmas' Nativity...

Over 150 people from Wood End turned up!

The team dressed up as shepherds, Mary, Joseph and Angels from the gospel stories of Jesus' birth

We even had live animals including donkeys

We had market stalls giving away free toys and clothing

We also gave away a load of chocolate selection boxes and coats

A choir sang traditional Christmas songs

This all occurred outdoors before opening the doors to a sit down Christmas meal with over 120 people catered for

We also put on games for the kids and their families
